As a leader, no one is expecting you to know everything - except you.

No one expects you to be a “Know it All.”

In fact, most people hate “Know it Alls.”

Acting as if you know it all, is a mindset that leads to trouble. Either you give vague answers or fake answers - lies, to cover up your ignorance.

We don’t know it all.

We can’t know it all.
