In the blink of an eye, another school shooting shakes us to our core.

As educators, once again we find ourselves grappling with the tragic reality that lies beyond our classrooms. Resilience, however, is our only redemption now.

We must engage in purposeful discussions, as we deal with this grave reality. Our schools must become safe spaces where students feel heard, respected, and protected.

Educators, our true strength lies within our connection, and connection can be the catalyst for change. We need this to change. We need this violence to stop.
